  • Black document bag with a coloured trim to the side and a matching coloured pocket under the flap.
  • Offers an adjustable black carry strap as well as a carry-handle to the top.
  • Large open inside for folders, paperwork and more with a velcro closure.
  • 1 Day service available on orders placed by 11am - subject to sight of your artwork.
  • Our express art service applies to setting text, working with ‘vectored’ art files and reorders (where we hold your art on file).
  • Preferred vectored art files are Adobe Acrobat pdf, Adobe Illustrator AI or EPS and Corel Draw (please convert text to outlines).
  • Please approve your proof by 2pm so that we can dispatch your order the following working day.
  • An order placed by 11am on Monday would be dispatched on Tuesday provided that your artwork proof is approved by 2pm on Monday.
  • Our 1 Day service applies to a 1 colour print (in a standard colour) to the front of the bag up to 250 units; for up to 2500 units our 3 Day Service is available, for a higher quantity or for multi-colour designs please see the standard listing for this item.
  • Material: 600D Polyester.
  • Dimensions: 365 x 280 x 50mm.
  • Print area: 225 x 100mm.
  • Screen charge: add €40.

A bit more structure (stiffness) would be nice and a closing mechanism other than velcro would make this a more professional conference bag
