Refund & Billing Policy

At 4imprint, we guarantee that your order will be printed exactly as you approved it, otherwise we’ll refund your order in full or reprint your order free of charge – your choice!

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days. If you need to return all or part of an order please contact our sales team and we'll send you a link to download and print a return label or the courier will bring a return label on collection of your order. The return shipping cost will be free of charge.

Customers can opt to pay via credit card or via an invoice.

Your credit card will be charged once all of your order has been shipped.

Customers that request payment via an invoice will be subject to a credit check. If approved for credit, you will be invoiced once all of your order has been shipped. Our standard credit terms are 30 days from invoice date.
