the writing on one side of the mug was smaller than the other - despite me requesting the same size, i did however approve the sample due to time contraints. The mug is of good quality. I ordered the mugs to promote a new telephone number.

We are extremely pleased so far with the mugs. Just one slight concern, that on one or two of the mugs which we have kept for use in the office, the printing seems to be fading a bit on the edges. These are put through a dishwasher every night. We have had them for only a fortnight, so it may be too early to tell.
