Really loved recieving the bags, and after a few tries at getting our design just right, 4imprint did a great job. We had shopped about and there wasn't anything else around that matched our expectations and hopes in terms of price and colour. The order and delivery process was fine, but the product was a huge disappointment and could not be used. We had assumed that we were purcahsing cotton drawstring bags. OK we were prepared to accept that these were infact rucksacks (and NOT drawstring bags. However, the material was not acceptable to the client and we were forced to make an emergency order elsewhere. We now have unwanted stock on our hands.Basically we did not get whet we thought we had ordered. Therefore ALL your goods become 'suspect' as one cannot guarantee that the contents are 'what it says on the tin'.

Again maybe next time would go for logo bigger in relation to the bag size but difficult to tell from a screen view. Material for this item was a little cheap and maybe not what i had expected, but this was a replacement item and I am aware that i could have bought more expensive.
