We first used them at a seminar with 200 people attending. Our staff running the seminar were finding that the pens were falling apart as they handed them out - this was because the pens were not fully tightened during assembly and they had limited time to before the event to check and tighten all 200 and they were picking up pieces of pen off of the floor after the delegate left.
