The pens were very good the problem is with me the colour I choose didn't show up well on the pen. It was difficult to tell as I coudn't see it against the colour of the pen. If you could have suggested that a lighter colour might have been better I would have appreciated it but understand I did choose the colour.

will not click into position, quite annoyed really we had loads retuned as they would not lick down to be able to be used in the writing position.

It was my own fault for ordering so quickly. I don't think the black on pink shows up. White would probably have been better. I should have asked for samples. And I should also have looked at a sample of the lettering spacing.

The pens that we ordered were as expected but there was a bit of hassle with ordering them. The lady we originally ordered them from went on holiday and didn't process them as 48 hour pens meaning that i had to chase the order up a few days before a very important launch. I will give credit where credit is due, the gentleman that i spoke to rectified the situation quickly and efficiently and is a credit to your company.

The service was good however the pens were not that good, our logo did not look as good on the colour we chose - I did not see a sample though, just wanted yellow, and the imprint could have been bolder. Also the pens sometimes don't stay out, you have to click them several times to get them to engage. After time they do but first impression with our customers count, so if a pen doen't work they will chuck it! Thus a waste of our money. I would want to see samples next time I order. I liked the samples you sent me by the way! Fiona
