The curvy ball pen was the most popular pen in a small survey conducted amongst colleagues, because it was light weight, easy to hold and wrote well. We gave them out at an event to delegates as part of their delegate packs and have them on our stand at exhibitions we attend. It was my own fault for ordering so quickly. I don't think the black on pink shows up. White would probably have been better. I should have asked for samples. And I should also have looked at a sample of the lettering spacing.

THE ALPINE PENS WERE NOT WRITING PROPERLY, SOME GOT BROKEN AND THE HEAD OF OTHERS CAME OFF. THE PENS ALSO FELT VERY LIGHT. IT IS NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

Did what was expected: basic, small notepads for general office use. Always come in handy for making notes. We sent them to clients as a free gift thank you. The only disappointment was the colour proofing. The shade of blue did not come out as expected - we have a 'corporate' colour(we had html, RGB & HSL values but I don't know if we were asked for these/passed them on; or if we were asked to see and check the actual colours themselves).
